The coaching process is all about you. The support I can offer is unique and tailored to what you need right now. We work closely on the lifestyle factors that influence your health.

I am specifically trained in functional medicine through the FMCA, which collaborates with the IFM.
Conventional medicine often only comes into its own when someone is already sick and the focus is usually on treating the symptoms, like the leaves of a tree. Functional medicine looks at the branches and the roots, at the underlying causes of your illness or condition.
It views the body as a whole, as unique and as a series of systems that all interconnect and influence each other. And functional medicine is concerned with prevention - ideally, we want to look after ourselves before we get sick! It’s a combination of old and new medicine through the lens of cutting-edge evidence and research.

Sessions can be held online or in person at a holistic health practice in Poynton, Cheshire.
At our first session, we go through your health and lifestyle history together. This gives me an opportunity to fully understand you as a whole person and to gain an insight into your lifestyle and how this may be impacting your health. Our time together is a safe, confidential space for you to be heard.
We’ll look at where you are now, where you want to be and how to get you there. Wherever you are, small changes and new habits will make a big difference. This includes working on the food you eat, how you sleep, how you manage stress, how you exercise and relax and how you connect with the world around you.
With my support and guidance, you will be able to create goals and commit to positive habits that will lead to a happier and healthier you.
This EFT tapping programme is for those who are ready to take back control of their health and change their life for good. We meet for our first 1 hour session where I can really get to know you, help you to create a wellness goal for our time together and start supporting you move towards a brighter future. Then we meet every 2-3 weeks for the next four 45 minute appointments as you learn to become an expert in your own health and feel happier and healthier for the long term!
