The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is scientifically proven to help with emotional issues. EFT is a powerful process that can help decrease anxiety and pain, increase performance, eliminate cravings, overcome self-limiting beliefs and work through trauma.
It's a non-invasive combination of stimulating acupressure points to move healing energy through the body and work through physical or emotional issues.
EF is an evidence-based solution. Tapping on acupressure points whilst working on physical and emotional issues allows you to relieve stress and anxiety. It promotes acceptance and healing with powerful results.
If we feel confident, content and free of trauma or grief, we can truly move forward. That’s why I can use EFT independently or as part of the overall coaching process to help you feel happier, healthier and in control.
At your first session, I'll get to know more about your current situation and then we will start to work together to identify an issue that you would like to resolve. We will rate the intensity of the emotion when you consider this issue and then come up with certain phrases or words that describe it and speak them out loud as we follow a sequence of tapping points around the face and upper body.
The sessions are a safe, confidential space for you, working at your pace on the issues that you would like to tackle.
The above chart is included so you can familiarise yourself with the tapping points. But please don’t worry, you don’t have to learn or practise them and we will go through everything at your first appointment.
Sessions can be held online or in person at a holistic health practice in Poynton, Cheshire.
This EFT tapping programme is for those who are ready to take back control of their health and change their life for good.
